A:  Please see the Empower Central - Product Search, Stock and Price Check Tutorial or the Empower Central - Quick Reference Guide posted on the training and support page. 

Q:  How can I check the status of my order?

A:  Please refer to order panel or "view/edit orders" option from the Order Mega Menu.

Q:  Can I track my orders?

A:  Empower Central does not offer tracking capability.  Please continue to use current methods to track your orders.

Q:  Can I make adjustments to my order?

A:  Yes, Empower Central supports the ability to adjust your order, depending on the order status.  Please see the Empower Central - Quick Reference Guide for details.

Q:  Can I see the history of the orders I've placed?

A:  Yes, Empower Central displays most orders for approximately 72 hours.  To view older orders please use your webscore system.

Q:  Can I change my purchase order number after processing my order?

A:  Yes, Empower Central lets you adjust your PO number, depending on order status.  After updating your PO number, remember to hit "save changes" option.

Q:  Can I change my facility after starting an order?

A:  No, if you need to change the facility, cancel and create a new order.

Q:  Can I change a account number after starting an order?

A:  No, if you need to change the account, cancel and create a new order.

Q:  What functionality does "add address" provides on my drop ship order?

A:  The "Add Address" button will allow you to save your customer address to your customer address book and allows you to use it in future.

Q:  May I place government APO/FPO orders on Empower?

A:  Yes, APO/FPO orders can be placed from the following facilities: COI, SWA, BAL, FTL, MTN, CHI, ATL.

Q:  Can I place an order for special order products?

A:  To place a special order, please contact our special order department.

Q:  Does Empower Central supports back orders?

A:  Yes, Empower Central supports your current back order capabilities.

Q:  Why is NA displayed in the created by or updated by field?

A:  NA will appear if the order has been entered or updated by an electronic order system or by Essendant Internal employee.
